Physio Expert

Rakhi Ma'am was incharge of my physio sessions (and other than one or two occassions, my pain treatment as well). She is very good at what she does. She supervises you closely and makes sure you do the exercises properly. She's also marvellously good at getting you to push yourself despite her gentle manner. After exercising and being treated for pain regularly for about a month at the facility, I was told to carry on the exercises at home and visit the facility once a week. My shoulder feels much stronger and more stable. Thanks to one particular exercise she made me do, I have much greater control in overhead movements involving my injured shoulder. I may have mentioned this already but I need to stress on this: She is extremely nice and friendly. I am slowly getting back to weight training. I plan to continue with the rehab exercises indefinitely to maintain and further enhance the strength and stability of my shoulder. Hopefully in a year or so I can get back into combat sports. Will write another review then, but for now... thank you Rakhi Ma'am and everyone at the Physio Expert Clinic. Highly recommend visiting this place to treat any injury.

Any doctor or therapist who explains clearly what effort is needed from the patient and how he/she will help is a tremendous motivation and boost to feel better. Dr. Hitesh is very patient, gentle and thorough i his treatment plan. Inspite of private practice, he is not running after earning . I have understood my problem and have been encouraged to work towards remedy. I am for ever grateful for his earnest therapeutic effort in helping me and other patients I have watched him helping!! I was in great discomfort, and not sure why my problem had got excarcebated after two months. But Dr Rakhi listened very carefully and then explained what she thought might have happened. And then gave her diagnosis.

She explained what she would do and the likely duration of the treatment.

Dr Rakhi then went on to start the treatment.

I felt very comfortable being assured that she was on the right track. After the session was over, I felt greatly relieved and the tension was considerably lesser...

Dr Rakhi and her colleague Dr Hitesh are experienced *** ************* and treat patients collaboratively. Dr Rakhi identifies issues and offers effective therapy to relieve pain using a comprehensive and individualized programme. The centre is well equipped, warm and clean. The staff is courteous and strictly follow COVID SOP. I felt secure and reassured of the high safety and hygiene standards throughout my three week treatment. All the equipment is sanitized before and after each usage by patients. Thanks to her guidance,I am on my way to recovery from a chronic pain and already benefitting from some easy to follow-at-home exercises.

Dr. Rakhi is a really kind and thorough practitioner who makes sure the patient’s treatment is a healthy mix of focus and progression. She continues to help me in my recovery journey as I have chosen not to have a surgery. I would really recommend working with them as it has been and continues to be a transformative experience for me.

Dr Hitesh was very patient in hearing me out and seeing all my reports in great detail whilst asking me key questions.This gave me a lot of confidence in him as I felt he truly cared and wanted to understand thd issue prior to suggesting any therapy.He created a tailored program for me and guided me through it in person alongwith Mukesh who is also a specialist in the area.All the staff were very helpful.Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable experience!

I felt that my individual needs and requirements were understood. I’ve felt safe and comfortable with her and this has made my recovery journey much easier.

Dr. Rakhi is very professional and particular about the treatment and exercises that she gives. Her staff is well trained and cooperative which also speaks highly about her. My back pain issues have reduced drastically from the time I switched to her and I would strongly recommend her for the same.

She is very good in her work. I am very satisfied. I have been taking treatment from her for my cervical and got relief in few days for a pain I have been suffering from years. They offer advanced treatment with physiotherapy gun which really takes the pain away.

There was no rush in the clinic and i was attended on time with a brief discussion over the problem, i was facing. The doctor also suggested for the ultra sound treAtment ***** *** ****** ** *** *** ******** ******* Doctor also saw my all the previous reports of injury and assured me of fast recovery as my disc bulge is normal.
